Become a country partner
Quality Apprenticeships is available for partnerships in countries where there is no existing operator.
Quality Apprenticeships accreditation is owned and managed by GAN Australia and is operated in countries by partner organisations. You can find out more about GAN Australia and our country partners on the About us page.
We are looking for country partners in regions not currently operating Quality Apprenticeships accreditation. A list of current country partners can be found on the home page.
Benefits for partners
Mapping
Accreditation is mapped to the ILO Recommendation for quality apprenticeships. Quality Apprenticeships partners will receive support mapping their apprenticeships system against accreditation and the Recommendation.
Data
Collect data on the performance of accrediting employers, to support understanding of the quality of apprenticeships in your region. Access international benchmarking against other partner countries.
Support
Support employers to improve their apprenticeship programs through direct feedback on their performance. Collaborate with other country partners to develop resources that target areas for improvement in quality.
Support from GAN Australia
As part of the Quality Apprenticeships accreditation system, GAN Australia will provide country partners with support throughout the set-up process and during the term of the partner agreement.
Set up support
GAN Australia will work with country partners to:

Map their country apprenticeships system against the ILO Recommendation for quality apprenticeships.
◦
Customise the Quality Apprenticeships accreditation questions to your local context, and add any country specific requirements to the accreditation platform.
◦
Support the development of resources for end users, including a country specific User Guide, marketing materials, and other support resources.
Ongoing support
◦
Marketing and promotions of the Quality Apprenticeships accreditation platform to key stakeholders in the international apprenticeships system.
◦
Maintenance of the accreditation platform, including updates to the accreditation principles and questions.
◦
Research and reporting, including international benchmarking, to showcase progression against the accreditation principles and ILO Recommendation.
Other ongoing supports will be developed in collaboration between GAN Australia and country partners. These may differ for each partner.
